This is the Filter Fitting on the suction side for the Long Fuel Pump with barb, without the plastic filter element. Long Fuel pumps were used in the earlier 6-cylinder and M100 engines. You need to remove the strainer from the old fitting and install on the new fitting. The male thread of the fitting is M18x 1.5, the outer hex is 22mm and barb outer diameter 12mm.
