This is a precisly machined lever for the Center Dash Chrome Switch that controls fresh air and sunroof (and middle glass window, if equipped).
Lever is made of steel, chromed, and comes with 2 Actuator Pin Screws (Mercedes Part 100 805 03 75). The Chrome Lever is a more durable replacement for the old aluminum levers that are worn out and damaged quite often.
